Soyora Narita-Newtown is an urban shopping center that opened on July 19, 2024 (Friday). The concept of "Soyora" is to be a convenient hub for daily life where people come, gather, and connect, aiming to provide a comfortable local facility where you and your children can spend time. Our focus is on two values: "time consumption" and "time efficiency." For "time consumption," we enrich your daily life with fulfilling leisure by providing cafes, restaurants, lessons, maintenance services like salons, and events. For "time efficiency," we provide a "compactness" where everyday shopping items, such as food and daily necessities, can be quickly shopped for in a short amount of time, focusing on frequently used items in stores.

We offer fresh seafood sold at the counter, a well-stocked meat section, and various fresh produce, alongside in-store prepared foods like handmade sweets, baked pizzas, and bread, ensuring authentic deliciousness. Additionally, we provide an exciting new shopping experience with our self-checkout service "RejiGo." A pharmacy is also on-site, allowing customers to shop or explore stores while waiting for prescriptions, creating a convenient environment.
Fresh tuna, marlin, and seasonal fish shipped directly from Choshi Port
We have fresh tuna, marlin, and seasonal fish caught at Choshi Port delivered directly to our store every Saturday, which is then sold at our fresh fish counter from around 1 PM. At the counter, we accommodate customer requests for preparations such as filleting and sashimi.
Additionally, we offer sashimi made from fresh marlin caught primarily at Choshi Port and other Chiba fishing ports. Furthermore, the fish from our fresh fish counter is prepared in-store as fried, grilled, or deep-fried dishes and sold in the prepared foods section.
Confectionery gifts from 40 distinctive brands
We offer gift items from renowned establishments such as "Ginza Akebono," a traditional Japanese confectionery with its flagship store in Ginza, "RUYSDAEL" from Nakano, Tokyo, known for its Western-style pastries, and "Asakusa Imahan," a long-established maker of beef simmered in soy sauce from the Meiji era, since 1928. Additionally, we now provide cakes from the popular cake shop "La Clémentine" in Narita and a variety of charming gifts from tea sweets specialists "T.D. Early" and "Ringo to Butter" ("Apple & Butter").
