Tax-free eligible customers

• Japanese nationals living overseas *Only those who actually purchased the item (proxies are not eligible)
• Non-residents (foreigners staying in Japan for less than 6 months)
• Japanese nationals living overseas who are short-term visitors staying in Japan for less than 6 months

In-store Tax-free shopping

Conditions : Purchases totaling 5,000 yen or more (excluding tax) at a single store.
However, under certain conditions (*), it is possible to combine general items and consumables.
Refund method : Please present your passport at the register at the time of purchase.

(*)Fixed conditions :
The total amount of general items and consumables must be 5,000 yen (including tax) or more / Items must be unopened and unused / Items cannot be used within Japan / Items must be taken out of the country within 30 days of purchase
